Akıncı: "Sustainability in agriculture is a strategic necessity"

President of the Gaziantep Trade Exchange (GTB) Board Mehmet Akıncı stated that the flour industry is one of the most important backbones of the strategic chain extending from the field to the table, emphasizing that the sector not only produces but also contributes to employment, exports, and food security. The sector consultation meeting themed "Post-Harvest Future Projections," organized in Gaziantep by the Flour Manufacturers Association of Turkey (TUSAF) in collaboration with the Çukurova and Southeastern Flour Manufacturers Associations, brought together all stakeholders of the flour and wheat sector.
