An olive tree plantation will be planted in the Kherson region as part of a cooperation with Greece. This was announced by the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, on Telegram. He noted that a corresponding agreement was signed with the founder and CEO of the strategic partner MetaCluster TIASI, Sotiris A. Buzeas. "We focused on the details of the business project for the next year, which can be beneficial for small farming and, accordingly, for the region's economy. It was about creating an olive tree plantation in the Kherson region," Prokudin said. The CEO of MetaCluster TIASI brought the first olive tree saplings. They will be planted in specially designated greenhouses, where experts will test during the winter how well the climate of the Kherson region meets the requirements for growing olives.
