The industrial complex of the former Irkliivsky butter-cheese factory in Cherkasy region has been put up for sale on the OpenMarket electronic platform, reports "ProAgro Group". The facility, located in the village of Irkliiv in the Chornobai district, includes several non-residential properties with a total area of 5222.8 square meters. The complex has a developed engineering infrastructure: power supply with a connected capacity of 1159.2 kW, a functioning sewage pumping station, a water tower, and its own well. The auction for the sale of the property will take place on December 18, 2025. The starting price of the lot is 10.9 million hryvnias. The OpenMarket electronic trading system, which has been operating in Ukraine since 2014, is one of the key tools for online asset acquisition. In total, assets worth over 26.6 billion hryvnias have already been sold through the system.
