The bean market registered the start of Wednesday marked by low activity, but without loss of price firmness. In different regions monitored by the Brazilian Institute of Beans and Pulses (Ibrafe), the references for carioca beans continue to show punctual fluctuations, while Minas Gerais remains one of the areas of greatest selectivity by the producer. Consultancies point out that, in the state, carioca bean grade 8 remains around R$ 215 per bag, and grade 8.5 remains stable in the range of R$ 230, with buyers conceding when seeking lots of better quality.
