From January to November 2021, Mexican agri-food exports to the United States saw a 15% increase in value, totaling $35,275 million, with the alcoholic beverages and vinegars segment experiencing a 25% increase. The exports of beer, tequila, and avocados were particularly notable, with beer and tequila showing significant increases in both value and volume. Fruit exports also rose by 17%, driven by increases in blueberries, lemon, and strawberry, while vegetable exports increased by 8%, with onion, lettuce, pepper, and asparagus seeing the most significant increases.
