Belarus has banned the export of flour

The government of Belarus has established a temporary ban on the export of flour from soft wheat and spelled. This is stipulated by the decree of the government of the country, BelTA informs. The temporary export ban also applies to goods that are placed under customs procedures in Belarus before the entry into force of this document and the actual export of which outside the country is carried out after its entry into force.
