Belarus has imposed a three-month ban on the export of soft wheat flour, extending the ban to goods placed under customs procedures in Belarus before the decree's effective date. The ban, aimed at maintaining domestic supply, does not apply to humanitarian aid, international transit traffic, or goods transported from an EAEU state other than Belarus. This ban is part of Belarus's non-tariff regulation measures, following a temporary grain export ban introduced in August due to a decrease in the grain harvest.
