Belarus has imposed a temporary ban on the export of flour made from soft wheat and spelled. The ban, outlined in Council of Ministers Resolution No. 709, published on the National Legal Internet Portal, does not apply to exports for international humanitarian aid or transit traffic through the country. This ban is a continuation of earlier restrictions on grain exports that were implemented in August.
