The Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) has culled around 80 chickens and ducks on a farm to prevent the spread of bird flu. A transport ban has been imposed on all birds and eggs from the farm, as well as bird manure, used litter, and other animal products. Two other poultry farms in the area are being monitored, and a hunting ban has been implemented in the region. You can track the spread of the disease and the measures taken on an animal disease viewer map by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO).
