Brazil as a highlight in fruit production

Brazil has established itself as a global leader in fruit production, with significant growth over the past decades. According to the Brazilian Association of Fruit Producers and Exporters (Abrafrutas), in 2024 the country exported over one million tons, generating revenue exceeding US$ 1.2 billion. The mango, with 88 thousand tons exported in the first half of 2025 alone, is among the best-selling fruits, standing out for its flavor, quality, and balanced Brix. Agropecuary Roriz Dantas, known internationally as Agrodan, is a benchmark in this scenario. With seven farms and over 1,125 hectares of its own, the company exported 30 thousand tons of mangoes in 2024, allocating 97% of its production to the external market.
