Mongolia is currently grappling with a critical livestock feed shortage due to heavy rainfall, putting millions of livestock at risk of starvation. In a show of solidarity and reciprocation for past support, farmers from the neighboring republic, including the Kuytynskoe seed farm, have initiated a humanitarian aid effort by sending 150 tons of oats and wheat, with a commitment to reach a total of 8.5 thousand tons of grain. To date, 236 trucks have successfully delivered 7155 tons of wheat, oats, and barley from 27 farms across various districts to Mongolia. This aid, which began on March 17, is facilitated through a simplified border crossing process, exempt from duties, underscoring the strong cooperative relationship between the two regions.
