The Junta of Castilla y León is about to take a decisive step for the internationalization of its wine sector. In the coming days, the resolution of the call for aid aimed at promoting wines in third-country markets will be made public, an initiative that will mobilize a total investment of 18.7 million euros. This ambitious program, which has an endowment of more than 11.2 million euros in subsidies, will support a total of 105 proposals, marking a milestone in the support for the global expansion of the region's wines. The primary objective of this funding line is to enhance the recognition and quality of Castilian and Leonese wines, facilitating their access and consolidation in strategic markets outside the European Union.
