Brazilian chicken meat exports have seen a notable increase in the volume evolution index for chicken cuts, with a 6.99% rise between January and October, equating to an additional 185 thousand tons. This is in contrast to industrialized chicken products, which saw a 13.11% increase, contributing only 11 thousand tons. Furthermore, chicken cuts have experienced the best price evolution compared to the previous year, with a 23.61% increase, resulting in revenue that is almost a third higher than in 2021. Despite a slight decrease in the volume of whole chicken exports and a significant increase in price, it has still managed to contribute to a notable increase in foreign exchange revenue for the country.
