The chicken market in Brazil experienced a decline this week after a price spike, with poultry prices stabilizing or decreasing in different regions. In São Paulo, poultry on the farm remained stable at R$5.00/kg, while poultry wholesale dropped 0.15%, costing R$6.62/kg. In Paraná, the price remained unchanged at R$4.92/kg, but in Santa Catarina, it fell by 10.44%, to R$4.29/kg. Meanwhile, in Santa Catarina, the price of chilled poulter dropped by 1.75%.
