With respect to the same period of the previous year, there is an increase of 3.7% in exported volume, and of 5.4% in value. Of this total in value, 70% corresponds to fresh fruit, 20% to processed fruit (juices, oils, canned, frozen, dehydrated), and 10% to dried fruits (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, among others). Fresh fruit reaches sales of 2.49 million tons, equivalent to USD 4,508 million FOB during the period January-November 2021. These exports register an increase in volume of 2.4%, and in value of 2.1% compared to same period of the previous year.
