Of this total in value, 70% corresponds to fresh fruit, 20% to processed fruit (juices, oils, canned, frozen, dehydrated), and 10% to dried fruits (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, among others). Fresh fruit reaches sales of 2.49 million tons, equivalent to USD 4,508 million FOB during the period January-November 2021.
