Until October 30, the process of Audits and Certification of the Sustainability Standard for dried plum processing plants in Chile will be carried out, which constitutes one of the final stages of the sustainable path initiated more than 4 years ago for this Chilean industry, a global leader in the export of this fruit. This is a stage in which the commitment and/or compliance with good sustainability practices of the companies in this sector are ratified, which seek to advance towards a responsible production that cares for the environment, ensures quality, strengthens management, and promotes social and ethical values.
