China Agricultural Products Import and Export Statistics Bulletin for January-July 2025

According to customs statistics, from January to July 2025, the total import and export value of agricultural products in China was 174.88 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 5%. Among them, exports were 57.72 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year increase of 1.8%; imports were 117.17 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 8%; the trade deficit was 59.45 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year narrowing of 15.8%. In July alone, the total import and export value of China's agricultural products was 27.06 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year increase of 4%. Among them, exports were 8.385 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year increase of 1.6%; imports were 18.68 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year increase of 5.1%; the trade deficit was 10.29 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year expansion of 8.2%.
