The price of agricultural diesel in Castilla y León has registered an increase of 95.63% so far this year, an escalation driven by the war conflict between the United States and Israel against Iran that has completely neutralized public aid. According to COAG Castilla y León, the situation places the sector before the most expensive campaign in history, with an additional cost of 7 million euros in the region for every ten cents that the fuel rises. The latest data recorded by Coordinación Agraria last Thursday, April 9th, place the liter of diesel B at 1,542 euros, a figure that almost doubles the price at which it closed in 2025.
