Côte d’Ivoire Cashew Nut Exporters Association explores cooperation opportunities with Binh Phuoc province in Vietnam

On December 7, the Binh Phuoc Cashew Association and the Côte d'Ivoire Cashew Exporters Association held a symposium in Binh Phuoc Province to discuss improving the operating efficiency of the cashew industry. ​ According to a report by the Binh Phuoc Cashew Association, the cashew planting area in Binh Phuoc Province accounts for 50% of the country's total area, and the number of cashew processing enterprises ranks first in the country, with more than 1,400 small and medium-sized enterprises, creating job opportunities for more than 50,000 local people. ​ Côte d'Ivoire is the world's leading exporter of raw cashew nuts, and cashew kernel production ranks second in the world.
