The latest report from the Argentine Dairy Chain Observatory (OCLA) reveals a marked export dynamism characterized by a sharp increase in volumes, although conditioned by a drop in unit values. In the accumulated January and February of 2026, exports in liters of milk equivalent grew by 8.6% year-on-year, representing 29.3% of the country's total production. Particularly in February, this participation reached 29.6% of the month's production, a figure that, although lower than the records of the previous two years, when the total production was lower, remains notably above the historical average of 25%.
