Core message: In the first 11 months of this year, Vietnam's fruit and vegetable exports continued their strong momentum, reaching 7.9 billion USD, a year-on-year increase of 20%, with the full-year figure expected to exceed 8.5 billion USD. Even though the export pace slowed in November due to seasonal factors, with 754 million USD in exports, a slight decrease from October, it still saw a near 65% year-on-year increase. As of the end of November, Vietnam's cumulative trade surplus in fruits and vegetables was close to 5.4 billion USD, with China remaining its largest consumer market, followed by traditional markets such as the United States, South Korea, and Japan.
