A study has found that utilizing the 'partial shading and insect-proof net cultivation' method in the process of cultivating eco-friendly apples can suppress the occurrence of diseases and pests by about 90%. The Gyeonggi Institute of Agricultural Technology explained that after two years of repeated experiments, this method was confirmed to meet the low-temperature requirement of apples, which need to experience a certain period of low temperatures in winter.
