The video highlights the strong partnership between Elea and Kanaan and showcases the benefits of the Elea Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) Advantage Systems in potato chips production. In the interview, Tomislav Lukačević explains how Kanaan first discovered PEF technology and how their journey led them to Elea. Kanaan has been working with Elea PEF systems since 2018 and was among the very first companies to install an Elea PEF Advantage B1 system. Since then, they have benefited from higher product quality, improved processing performance, and several additional advantages that enhance potato chips production.
