Turkey: Export success of Eskişehir farmers

Vegetable producers from Eskişehir were happy to export a total of 22 tons of dill and parsley to Romania and Ukraine. Vegetable producers producing in Tepebaşı district of Eskişehir have opened up to foreign markets after sales they could not achieve in the desired level in the domestic market. Some of the dill, parsley and carrots grown in the city were loaded onto trucks to be sent to Romania and some to Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. 10 tons of dill loaded onto closed-body special refrigerated trailers set off to be delivered to Romania, 1,220 kilometers away, while 12 tons of dill and parsley set off to be delivered to Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, 1,855 kilometers away.
