Family Vial Concha modifies corporate structure, renews corporate governance and appoints José Guzmán as CEO of Empresas Agrosuper S.A.

CHILE - With an eye on the long term, in the ordinary shareholders' meeting and subsequent board of directors, the siblings María Cristina, María del Pilar, María José, and Gonzalo Vial Concha defined modifications to the corporate structure, which will become simpler and more orderly for decision-making.
