The end of 2025 brought agricultural demonstrations. In nearly 200 locations across Poland, decorated tractors and agricultural machinery took to the roads. Thus, on December 30, 2025, farmers protested against the planned European Union-Mercosur trade agreement. The nationwide farmers' protest began at 10 a.m. Farmers lined their decorated tractors and machinery along the roads, displaying banners with slogans such as "STOP Mercosur," "In defense of the Polish countryside," and "The Union eats and parties while the Polish farmer goes bankrupt." In accordance with the organizers' earlier announcements, they did not block traffic. The action was informative and demonstrative. Its purpose was not to paralyze communication but to express the agricultural sector's opposition to the EU-Mercosur agreement.
