The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is accepting tenders for the purchase and supply of compound feed for poultry and day-old chicks to support vulnerable rural households in nine regions of Ukraine. The organization also plans to distribute seed potatoes and provide agricultural assistance, including demining areas, to help 500,000 Ukrainian farms resume agricultural activities. This initiative is part of the FAO's 2023 rapid response plan for Ukraine, which aims to provide assistance to rural households, small farmers, and agricultural enterprises, and is funded by the European Union.
