Fines of up to 400,000 hryvnias: A new system of punishment for fish poaching has been introduced in Ukraine

By Resolution No. 104, the Cabinet of Ministers canceled two different approaches to calculating damages for violation of fishing rules. It is about the fact that violators were divided into entrepreneurs and individuals, and different amounts of damages were charged for the same violations.
