Muş, a Turkish city renowned for its goose breeding, ranks third in the nation and has become a significant source of income for local residents. The city's fertile lands, pastures, and supportive state policies have led to the expansion of goose populations and the establishment of numerous farms. These breeders then distribute the geese to various cities, with Muş providing 7% of the country's goose production and being supported by around 150 families. The city also has a sizable goose population of 102 thousand 458, and the meat is celebrated for its taste.
