According to preliminary estimates of the Central Statistical Office, the harvest of cereals in Poland with mixed cereals may amount to approx. 27.9 million tonnes, i.e. by 11%. more than last year. The Central Statistical Office estimates that there will also be high yields of cereals at the level of 38.6 dt / ha, which is 3.4 dt / ha (10 percent) more than the previous year's yield. Dry and sunny weather contributed to the acceleration of the harvest. The most advanced collections are in the south and west of the country. The smallest advancement of the harvest of cereals and rape is recorded in the north - informs the Grain and Fodder Chamber. "Despite the ongoing harvesting of grains in the country, the market supply of grain is not large. Currently, old contracts are mainly carried out in purchases at higher than current prices.
