With the Communiqué, it is aimed to determine the control certificate and the documents to be submitted at the import stages and the procedures and principles regarding these in the import of products subject to veterinary controls, excluding products within the scope of veterinary medicinal products legislation and reproductive products. The importer company will be held responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents submitted. The control certificate will not be approved for the product subject to veterinary controls exceeding the amount specified in the submitted documents. Depending on the nature of the animal disease, the Ministry will publish a list of risky products to be imported from countries and regions with animal diseases. The control certificate will not be approved for the importation of the products on this list that are at risk of carrying disease from the country and region in question.
