The center stated, "Throughout 2025, milk production was mainly due to investments made the previous year and favorable weather conditions, which significantly increased the supply of milk and dairy products." According to the Milk Purchase Index (ICAP-L), although milk purchases decreased slightly by 0.41% between November and December, the total annual purchases still increased by 15.4%.
