According to the results of a survey on the 24th by the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (CEO Kim Chun-jin), the cost of making kimchi based on 20 heads of cabbage was 210,470 won, a 2.1% drop from last week (November 17), and even compared to the end of November last year. The corporation surveyed the prices of 14 major kimchi-making ingredients in 17 traditional markets and 27 large retailers across the country and announced the cost of kimchi-making every week from November 10th.
