In Puglia, Ego Food Fest arrives, a festival worth keeping an eye on.

From April 17 to 20, in Taranto, there is the Ego Food Fest, a food and wine festival that places Puglia and its products at the center of chefs' interpretations. It is called Ego, and it is a food festival that brings Puglia and its food culture to the forefront. In a landscape where food and wine events are multiplying and thickening, there are some that are positioning themselves very specifically to tell the world of food in a different, more transversal way, through protagonists and products. And it is nice that some of these tell the story of Southern Italy (think of the Bob Fest, of which we were media partners and which put Calabria at the center of the gastronomic world), a territory rich in traditions, raw materials, and gastronomic beauty to be told.
