The domestic apple market in Poland is facing challenges due to disconnection from eastern markets, but in September, over 7,200 tons of apples were exported outside the EU. Last year's export results to Egypt were the most significant for shipments, with nearly 16,000 tons exported in September alone. However, this year, exports totaled only 3,676 tons due to the aftermath of the war in Ukraine and payment system issues for imported goods. Despite these challenges, apples were exported to 15 countries, with increases in exports to Kazakhstan, Mongolia, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.
