In Ukraine, prices for agricultural land have increased – in November 2025, the average cost per hectare was 64,701 UAH, which is more than 1,100 UAH higher than it was the month before. This is reported by Opendatabot. According to its data, overall prices per hectare of land vary by region, averaging from 31,480 to 189,881 UAH. That is, the cost of 1 ha in the most expensive region equals more than 6 ha in the cheapest. The most expensive land is in the Zakarpattia region – averaging 189,881 UAH per hectare. And also in: The lowest prices were recorded by analysts in the Kherson region – here a hectare costs an average of 31,480 UAH. And also in: The area of land sold decreased.
