In Ukraine, there are problems with seed material for winter peas — farmer

In the Ukrainian market, finding winter pea seeds is quite difficult. In the farm, for the 2026 harvest, they decided to sow winter peas for the first time on an area of 50 hectares. The land bank of the enterprise is 2.8 thousand hectares. The crop structure is dominated by winter crops: wheat, rapeseed, barley, as well as sunflower and sorghum. Anatoliy Petrenko says that finding winter pea seeds on the Ukrainian market turned out to be a real test.
