Last week, fruit and vegetable markets in 14 countries saw a slight decrease in activity, with Russia, Ukraine, and Turkey increasing their advertisements, while Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Egypt, and Iran reduced their sales, with Iranian exporters experiencing the most significant decrease. The top five countries in place of offers were Russia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Turkey, and Belarus. In Ukraine, vegetable prices continued to fall, with the exception of broccoli and red cabbage, while fruit prices varied, with garden strawberries and pears becoming cheaper, and tangerines, lemons, and the maximum price for drying apples increasing.
