Vasyl Perets, the owner of Ukraine's largest ostrich farm in Yasnogorodka, Kyiv region, started with six African ostriches and has expanded his farm to include other animals like donkeys, ponies, and roe deer. The farm generates income from the sale of ostrich products, meat, eggs, chicks, and adult ostriches, as well as green tourism. Visitors can feed and pet the animals. The farm, established in 2001, plans to expand and export its products abroad. It is located in a complex with a zoo, winery, and restaurant, offering unique dishes like 'Ostrich a la Stroganov'.
