The Ministry of Agriculture (MASAF) through ICQRF, orIGin Italia, Federdoc and eBay renewed the agreement for the protection of Italian geographical indications (GI) on the internet. The partnership between eBay and the ministry, which began in 2014, aims to combat counterfeiting and protect origin names. Over time, it has become a unique model of public-private cooperation, which guarantees transparency and protection of certified products.
