Upon completion of the transaction, the main operating subsidiary of Yadran, Cultivos Yadran, and five other affiliated companies will be fully integrated into the Nissui group system. Pesquera Yadran has a complete industrial chain for Atlantic salmon, covering breeding, processing, and sales, and has established mature export channels in markets such as the United States. The company's revenue for 2024 was approximately $222.4 million, but it recorded an operating loss of $21.5 million, indicating that the Chilean salmon industry still faces periodic fluctuations and cost pressures.
