By Mateus Fagundes São Paulo, 12/26/2025 - Kepler Weber reported that it remains in negotiations with American company Grain & Protein Technologies (GPT) regarding a potential business combination involving the Brazilian silo manufacturer. To the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM), Kepler Weber said that there is no binding document signed formalizing the transaction. Kepler Weber also informed that the Investor Relations department received communication from certain shareholders, addressed to the members of the company's Fiscal Council, requesting the body's opinion regarding the potential business combination with GPT.
