This document marks a series of objectives and actions that these associations intend to develop in favor of the development and prosperity of the olive sector. Main objectives Among the objectives are the training of professionals in the sector aimed at obtaining extra virgins of high organoleptic and healthy quality, promoting measures, in the field and in the industry, to optimize the carbon balance, thus contributing to the mitigation of Climate Change, promote the training of consumers so that they can differentiate authentic fruit juice, extra virgin, from the rest of the categories, and defend the authenticity of olive oil against the marketing of mixtures with other fats that, in the opinion of this alliance, should be banned on the territory of the EU. Finally, actions will be established to increase the generation of complementary income to the sector through Oleotourism or the valorization of by-products.
