When compared to the same period in 2021, there was a significant rise in prices, with pigs costing 76% more, cattle 25% more, pork carcasses 73% higher, and various poultry meats seeing increases between 50% and 81%. Despite these increases, the prices of Polish pork and poultry products remained lower than the average in Germany, Spain, and other countries, but higher than in the Netherlands and Denmark. Additionally, the article notes that selling prices for pork, beef, and poultry meat have also seen adjustments, reflecting the changes in purchase prices.
