Mexico and the United Arab Emirates have signed a memorandum of collaboration to enhance research and joint actions to improve the quality of Mexican date palms and promote the Mexican fruit in the Middle East. The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in date palm cultivation and innovation, consolidate and deepen bilateral cooperation, and promote agricultural development in both countries. The First International Date Palm Festival is scheduled to take place in Mexico, bringing together producers and agribusinesses from various countries, and is expected to promote sustainable agricultural practices and technological development in the date palm sector.
