Midagri will receive contributions for a project oriented towards modern agriculture

By Ministerial Resolution No. 0508-2025-Midagri, the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (Midagri) ordered the publication of the draft Supreme Decree that determines the agro-industrial activities included in Law No. 34234, a regulation that promotes the productive, competitive, and sustainable transformation of the agricultural sector, with social protection and a focus on modern agriculture, as well as its corresponding statement of reasons. The publication of the draft will be on the digital headquarters of Midagri (www.midagri.gob.pe), for a period of 15 calendar days, in order to receive comments, contributions, opinions, and suggestions from public entities or private institutions, and the general public, as appropriate.
