Chile: Minagri calls on beekeepers to hire Agroseguros state-subsidized insurance on time to protect hives and bees

The undersecretary of Agriculture, José Guajardo Reyes, together with the executive director of Agroseguros, Aníbal Pérez Lobos, called on beekeepers to contract Beekeeping Insurance on time with a state subsidy that the Ministry of Agriculture has through Agroseguros, so to protect their apiaries against losses in honey production, living material or nucleus and hive material, caused by the occurrence of some climatic event or of another nature, which will allow them to recover their investment, effort and work in the case of an accident.
