Muan County, urban agriculture home gardening program concludes successfully

Muan County (Mayor Kim San) announced the successful completion of the "2025 Urban Agriculture and Home Gardening Program" for residents of the Nam-ak and O-ryong District apartment complexes. This program was planned to inform urban residents of the value of agriculture and the importance of nature, and to restore local community culture. It ran from June 9 to July 24, visiting seven apartment complexes in total, with 14 sessions, and was attended by 201 residents, achieving a 100% participation rate, indicating high approval. The first education session involved a potting experience where beginners could easily plant and care for indoor plants by directly planting them in soil, while the second education session featured a local food experience of making traditional seasoned rice cakes with chili paste.
