Unlike shrimp from warmer waters, Norway's Arctic sweet shrimp are usually cooked or frozen immediately on the fishing vessels, thereby maximizing their freshness and taste. In terms of product structure, consumer demand in the Chinese market is becoming increasingly diverse.
