A study conducted by researchers from the Food Research Center (Forc), from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University of São Paulo (USP), in partnership with Fundecitrus, analyzed the effects of orange juice consumption on the intestinal microbiota. The research evaluated the impact of consuming orange juice of the varieties Pera and Moro in individuals with obesity and insulin resistance.
